Fantastic smell but doesn't stop leaking

Second purchase as we loved the first. Arrived leaking in the post, we secured roll on part down, travelled abroad with it but continued to leak for 2 weeks. Even in a small ziplock..Not sure what's happened to the bottle packaging. A star reduction due to the packaging
