Great but

I purchase this scent off yourselves , but once i opened it the whole contents of the bottle came out its seems the roller ball somehow came out putting the contents of the bottler all over myself and the floor . The smell was great apart from it being all over the floor . I feel let down but am putting down to a one off faulty bottle
